Terms of Service

Service. escme.tech provides automated AI-visibility analysis of publicly accessible websites: a free instant scan and a paid one-time audit (€29).

What you get. The paid audit delivers an interactive report at a permanent private link. Results are automated measurements and heuristics — they are diagnostic guidance, not a guarantee of ranking, citation, or revenue outcomes.

Acceptable use. Only scan websites you own or are authorized to analyze. Abuse (bulk scanning, scanning third parties to harass them) may be blocked.

Refunds.If the audit fails to run or the report is broken, you get a full refund within 7 days — reply to your payment receipt. If it runs and you simply don't find it useful, write us; we usually refund anyway.

Payments. Processed by Stripe. We never see or store card numbers.

Liability.The service is provided "as is"; our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the audit.
